Family Smart e-Tips E-Newsletter Pricing

Your Family Smart e-newsletter subscription provides includes complete online list management tools, 24/7 access and customization support for each issue. Account set-up is quick—your first newsletter mailing can occur within a few days, depending upon the level of customization and testing required.
Family Smart E-Tips publishing frequency is twice a month. The initial term of the Agreement is six months. If, after four months, you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a refund of all monthly fees paid.
Your monthly services fee is computed as a multiple of your organization’s mailing list size rounded to the nearest 100.
A one-time set-up fee of $175.00 ($43.75 a month over first 4 months) launches this publishing relationship. (See below for what's included.)

Total Costs and Analysis:
Note: Family Smart e-newsletters could replace a variety of current ministry or church print communications, thus saving on printing, copying costs and postage. Just shifting the print/copying and postage savings alone could more than pay for this e-mail program. In addition e-mail and web site communications are more instantaneous and flexible than snail mail.
The one-time $175 setup fee covers:
1. Consultation and phone training for data entry and administration web site orientation.
2. Graphic setup of church/organization logo/name for e-newsletter masthead.
3. Promotional art files for Print promo cards and Power Point applications.
4. Consultation to establish protected “territory” and e-mail addresses solicitation.
5. Assistance to finalize Agreement details.
Additional fee-based services are available (costs quoted upon request)
1. Graphic design and print services for custom promotional tools: door-hangers, posters, banners, direct mail postcards, newspaper ads, etc.
2. Uploading of bulk existing data base records.
