How easy is the program to administer?
Its very simple and user friendly. Anyone with ordinary computer skills can keep your mailing list current and update the church announcements and web links in each issue. We provide a step-by-step user manual and customer support when you need it.
What does it cost? (It pays for itself with the postage you save.)
The basic monthly fee is $49 for the first 100 addresses on your list. There is a small additional charge for each additional 100 names. See Pricing Schedule. A one-time $175 setup fee gets you started.
Who creates the editorial content?
The publisher and editor is Paul Lewis, President of Smart Families and founder of Family University. His books on fathering and family life have been published by Zondervan, Tyndale, and Cook Communications. As a graphic designer, Paul has helped Focus on the Family, Insight for Living, Josh McDowell and many others. The eTips are edited to be applicable to both faith-based and secular readers.
What promotional resources do you provide?
Because Family Smart eTips is an ideal outreach strategy, training tips for your members, mailers, handouts, door hangers, and other promotional tools have already been created to help you encourage readers to add friends, neighbors, and co-workers to your list.
Is our e-mail list completely secure and private?
Your e-mail list is managed only by you online at a secure web site. Your data is never shared for any reason, nor will it be used by Smart Families for any other purpose. Furthermore, your readers can unsubscribe at any time with one mouse click, using a link at the bottom of every e-newsletter. Our Privacy Policy is available.
How do we get started?
Once a signed Services Agreement form is received, your custom masthead art and administration web site is created. Then a complete Client Operations Manual is sent which will walk you through every aspect of getting started and maximizing the program. You can be up and running in as little as a week or two.
Whats the
e-mail option all about? (Click to view DAD eTIP sample) If you share our belief that helping fathers succeed is also of special importance, you will have complimentary access to our fathering eTips resource. These short, quick-reading insights, tips and ideas are sent twice weekly to dads on a separate e-mail list administered online by you. The content is different from Family Smart eTips.
