I understand the one-time $175.00 set-up fee (paid in four monthly installments) that covers creating our custom graphics and promotional materials, lists, training, and launch.

To keep prices as low as possible, Smart Families, Inc. accepts payment by "electronic check"--an authorized monthly ACH debit to your checking account. No monthly invoicing is available. Payment by credit card is also available for an additional $6 per month transaction fee.

NOTE: Payment by ACH debit is private, controlled and more secure than your credit card. (All required information already appears on every check you write.) Providing the following information authorizes Smart Families, Inc. to make the appropriate monthly debit to your account until you give notice to stop.
